SnapJack is a portable motorcycle lift that makes drive-chain lubrication and rim cleaning easy. It elevates a bike’s rear tire just enough so the rear wheel spins freely. For use on the road or at home, this simple, patent-pending tool has a high-strength, low-alloy USA steel chassis that’s backed by a five-year guarantee.
According to the manufacturer Triox, a significant number of riders do not own a rear stand for many reasons. With more and more bike manufacturers opting to save weight and eliminating a centre stand, the SnapJack line is able to fill the demand.
Once the included brake-locking strap and anti-slip pads are in place, SnapJack’s soft-touch tip is positioned under the swingarm in one of its four height settings. With a push on the tool’s pivot, the wheel is quickly airborne and the bike stable. A half-inch lift is all it takes. No race stands, floor jacks or wood blocks required.
Folding down to a compact 8-1/2 inches, SnapJack allows for easy chain lubing between days on extended adventures and more thorough chain maintenance and rim shining at home.
SnapJack is for use on most sportbikes, standards, sport-touring and dual-sport motorcycles that have flat surfaces below their chain adjusters and swingarms that aren’t dramatically curved. (that’s 98% of bikes in these categories) The kit comes complete with grippy floor protectors for smooth concrete, painted and epoxy floors that all fit a handy storage bag.
SnapJack was invented by Basil Andrews, sportbike rider/racing enthusiast and president of Tirox (pronounced “tie-rocks”) to complement the company’s patented, 360º chain-cleaning brush and bike-maintenance sprays and fluids.
