OptionSoft Named ‘Endorsed Vendor’ for Powersport Association

OptionSoft has announced that the Louisiana Marine and Motorcycle Dealer Association (LMMDA) has chosen them as an endorsed vendor.

OptionSoft has announced that the Louisiana Marine and Motorcycle Dealer Association (LMMDA) has chosen them as an endorsed vendor.

“Dealers are faced with three issues in today’s market: Gross profit, unit and product sales, and compliance,” said John Fuhrman, Director of Training at OptionSoft. “Our software along with a proper sales process can increase unit sales, raise gross profits and sell more in F&I all while being 100% compliant. We’ve designed a sales desking solution and F&I menu specifically for the PowerSport/Marine industries.”

Big Sky Harley Davidson’s Brian Moen said, “Using the Option Soft menu and desking process can take a novice manager and make them rock stars. This system works immediately rather than taking time to get used to. We are very happy with results.” Moen says that their PVR went from $800 to over $1,800 per unit and the system had only been in place for a few weeks. And their overall gross is around $7,000 per unit, front and back.

OptionSoft Sales Desking tool and F&I menu are 100% compliant and will work in almost any dealer environment. Since both software products speak to each other, integration is not required. This means dealers with lesser known DMS systems or even smaller ones with no DMS, can still provide quality customer experiences while increasing profits.

The biggest benefit to both tools used in tandem is speed. Since the top customer complaint with dealers is how long it takes to make a purchase, these tools will dramatically reduce that time while providing a fully compliant transaction. But according to Furhman, the real benefit to dealers is that this can all be accomplished while increasing profits.

LMMDA promotes educational and safety programs to further enhance the knowledge, competence and effectiveness of the dealers. To improve and update their technical and business knowledge by attending the annual meeting, participating in a majority of association functions, featuring roundtable discussions with peers as well as seminars with industry speakers.
