NAMZ Custom Cycle Products Inc. announced the purchase of Badlands Motorcycle Products Inc. on Dec. 19.
“The deal took awhile to get completed but all good things work out in the end,” said NAMZ President Jeff Zielinski. “We have been working closely together for well over 10 years as NAMZ designs and manufactures all Badlands wiring harnesses for their modules.”
According to the release, Badlands President Dan Lewis feels that NAMZ will be able to take his company to a higher level of operational excellence, improve distribution and increase productivity.
“They are the best at what they do and the synergies between our companies make this deal a no brainer for NAMZ and the future of Badlands,” says Lewis.
“We will produce the same quality Badlands modules as they have been for the last 23 years while continuing to develop new and innovating products into the future,” said Zielinksi.
NAMZ will close down the Badlands location in Sparks, Nev. and move all operations to its suburban Philadelphia facility.
