A native of the Milwaukee, WI area, Mike Osell spent 24 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he is best known for playing an instrumental role in the development, launch and management of Harley-Davidson’s Authorized Rentals & Tours business, most recently serving as the Rental Program Lead.

“Mike brings years of OEM experience, dealer operations/relations experience and many industry network connections. In addition to his motorcycle industry experience, Mike is also a fan of the marine industry, and has owned and enjoyed boats his entire adult life. Mike has a significant mix of experience, skills and enthusiasm that will benefit the Lonski agency, candidates and our clients,” said Henry Lonski.

I am excited to help our clients build talented teams that will help them grow and succeed!” He adds, “Henry talks about keeping it simple and the thrill of helping people realize their goals. That really resonates with me.”
