Co-founded by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship in 1990, the Dallas 100 Awards is an annual event that identifies and honors the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Dallas area.

For 27 years, the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at the SMU Cox School of Business and Dallas 100 sponsors have celebrated the innovative spirit, determination and business savvy of area entrepreneurs. They annually salute the diversity, creativity and resolve it takes to create and sustain a successful business in today’s competitive environment.

HISUN Motors Corp., USA, was honored at a banquet held by the Institute on Nov. 16, 2017, where it was announced HISUN finished in the top 10, being ranked the 9th fastest growing company in the Dallas Area.

The 2017 Dallas 100 rankings are based on the percentage increase in sales and absolute dollar growth between 2014 and 2016. During that time HISUN Motors experienced 371% growth.

HISUN Motors Corporation has provided all-terrain vehicles for some of the biggest names in the powersports industry for years. Their private label production allowed the company to quietly grow to one of the largest providers of powersports vehicles globally year-after-year.

In the late 1980s, the doors were opened at the HISUN Motors Corporation global headquarters in Chongqing, China. Rapid growth and expansion led to building a 7.1 million sq.ft. facility with more than 2,500 employees worldwide.

In 2007, HISUN USA opened its first U.S.-based service center in Carrollton, TX. Now based in McKinney, TX, the company’s U.S.-based headquarters has grown to a 300,000 sq.ft. facility that houses final assembly, parts fulfillment, administration and tech support.

“HISUN USA  is dedicated to delivering a complete line of unique and versatile UTVs and ATVs, with a common focus of surpassing industry expectations,” said Ryan Daugherty, vice president sales & marketing. “Our mission is to fuel enthusiasts worldwide with innovative products that propel the industry. We make more than just powersports vehicles, we make off-road experiences that will last a lifetime.”
