EnerSys to Showcase ODYSSEY Battery Product Offering at AIMExpo

ODYSSEY batteries will feature its powerful and rugged Extreme Series batteries, as well as its portable chargers at booth No. 1638 at AIMExpo.

EnerSys, the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications and the manufacturer of ODYSSEY batteries, will feature its powerful and rugged ODYSSEY Extreme Series batteries, as well as its ODYSSEY battery portable chargers at booth No. 1638 at AIMExpo. The AIMExpo will take place on Oct. 11-14, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ODYSSEY Extreme Series batteries are designed with Thin Plate Pure Lead technology to deliver the power and durability required by powersport vehicles, such as motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs and personal watercraft. ODYSSEY Extreme Series batteries provide twice the overall power and three times the life of conventional batteries, as well as up to 400 charge-discharge cycles to 80 percent depth of discharge. Additionally, dry cell Absorbed Glass Mat separators hold acid in place to prevent spills, even when the battery is installed on its side.

ODYSSEY Extreme Series batteries for powersport applications are available in a range of sizes, as small as 5.43 in. L x 3.39 in. W x 3.90 in. H to as large as 7.87 in. L x 6.66 in. W x 7.60 in. H. Additionally, select models are available with a metal casing for high heat applications. ODYSSEY batteries feature a three- to 10-year service life and two-year storage life at 77 degrees Fahrenheit. They are vibration resistant, classified as “non-spillable” by the U.S. Department of Transportation and include a limited two- to four-year full replacement warranty.

ODYSSEY battery portable chargers feature automatic six-stage charging and a wide range of built-in safety features. They facilitate full and proper charging, which may help to enhance the performance and extend the life of ODYSSEY batteries and other quality brands of 12-volt flooded and AGM lead acid batteries.

ODYSSEY battery portable chargers are available in 6-amp, 12-amp and 20-amp models. They are backed by a limited two-year full replacement warranty.
