Bell Helmets has announced its partnership with premium race wear brand, Seven MX, to produce co-branded products. The partnership with Seven MX will combine the technology and creativity of both brands, providing high-quality racing gear in one total package. The first products resulting from this collaboration are two Moto-9 Flex helmet graphics to pair with the Seven MX Zero and Rival jerseys.
“Both Bell Helmets and Seven MX have been redefining limits and setting new standards for rider protection, in motocross and off-road racing, since their inception,” said Chris Sackett, vice president of Bell Helmets. “We are extremely proud of this collaboration and excited to give the motocross community innovative and creative new graphics on the most advanced motocross helmet in the industry.”
The Bell Moto-9 Flex pairs perfectly with existing Seven MX gear, transcending other next-level sports performance products both technologically and aesthetically. Among several other significant components, the core technology in these helmets include a Flex Energy Management interior liner, lightweight carbon composite shell construction and Velocity Flow Ventilation systems for maximum cooling.
“I’ve always been proud of my long and positive relationship with Bell Helmets, a true leader in our industry and iconic American brand,” said James Stewart. “Bell has the most technically advanced helmets available and they pair well with our performance mx apparel. It’s a great business partnership that will support both of our brands – a true win-win.”
In 2014, Bell Helmets introduced the Flex Impact liner in its Moto-9 Flex and in 2016 it was added to the Pro Star and Race Star. The Flex Impact Liner features exclusive “progressive layering” technology – a system of three unique protective materials – is designed to address low-, mid-, high-speed and rotational impact velocities to deliver Bell’s most comprehensive level of protection.
The Bell Moto-9 Flex Seven MX helmets will be available in August in both Yellow and Blue/Yellow. Along with the two new kits, Bell Helmets and Seven MX will collaborate on future products and race day initiatives.
