AIMExpo: SxS and ATV Exhibitors Will Have Big Presence in Columbus

More than 50 companies will fill the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio from Sept. 21-24, making it the strongest showing of four-wheeled vehicles, accessories and gear yet seen at the industry’s premier motorcycle and greater powersports expo.

A record number of ATV and side-by-side (SxS) exhibitors will display their latest machines and products at this year’s American International Motorcycle Expo presented by Nationwide. More than 50 companies will fill the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio from Sept. 21-24, making it the strongest showing of four-wheeled vehicles, accessories and gear yet seen at the industry’s premier motorcycle and greater powersports expo.

“Combined ATV and SxS sales have climbed steadily from 391,000 new units in 2012 to more than 492,000 last year, so the huge growth in companies showcasing four-wheel off-road products is no surprise,” said Cinnamon Kernes, Show Director. “The word ‘motorcycle’ may be in the show’s name because a motorcycle dealer is where you’ll generally find these products, but it’s really a powersports expo, embracing every facet of the industry.”

With so many ATV and SxS exhibitors gearing up for Columbus, attendees will have a one-stop shop for all their needs. The fifth-annual Motorcycle Industry Council produced event is designed to be the ideal setting for exhibitors to unveil new products to dealers and media, and to engage directly with consumers, all in the same location.

John Tranby, director of marketing for CFMOTO said, “With the show moving to Columbus, it provides us a great opportunity to reach out to one of the hottest areas for ATV and SXS in the U.S. The location will help us connect with an area that has a tremendous amount of potential dealers that are within driving distance of the expo. We are excited to present our 2018 lineup at AIMExpo… dealers and customers will like the changes we have coming.” CFMOTO will be located in booth 246.

Attendees will see the latest ATV and SxS models up-close, from American Honda, American Lifan, BRP, BV Powersports/Trailmaster, CFMOTO, Cub Cadet, Dongfang, HiSun, Ice Bear, Jinling, Kawasaki, KYMCO, Rage Motorsport, SSR Motorsports, Suzuki, Textron Off Road and Yamaha. In addition, many aftermarket companies will be there to showcase a variety of products specially built to personalize these vehicles, from GPS, lighting and sound systems to performance enhancements that include wheels, tires and suspension.

“ATVs and side-by-sides are wonderful for exploring the great outdoors with friends and family, and they provide tremendous versatility on farms and ranches for getting work done with more efficiency,” added Kernes. “And we invite current enthusiasts and prospective buyers everywhere to come join us in Columbus to see the latest and best that the industry will be offering.”

AIMExpo says the show floor is nearly 80% full and companies looking to exhibit are encouraged to contact them soon. For more information, visit www.aimexpousa.com.
