AIMExpo Hires Andre Albert As New Senior Marketing Coordinator

Albert comes to AIMExpo with an array of skills that will help him tackle the position’s various duties from marketing to social media, to advertising and more.

The American International Motorcycle Expo presented by Nationwide (AIMExpo) has announced the addition of Andre Albert to the Motorcycle Industry Council as Senior Marketing Coordinator for the MIC Events team, producers of the annual gathering of the powersports industry. Andre comes to AIMExpo presented by Nationwide with an array of skills that will help him tackle the position’s various duties from marketing to social media, to advertising and more.

“Our team is truly excited to bring someone on board with so much all-around experience,” said Cinnamon Kernes, Show Director. “Andre’s background will help bring a fresh eye and new ideas to our marketing efforts as we rev up for the sixth-annual event. His obvious enthusiasm for action sports will help him fit in perfectly with the passionate people we work with throughout the powersports community.”

Born and raised in South Africa, Albert moved to Australia where he started working toward a career in action sports media. His most recent experience working as a content marketing manager at No Limits Media and an editor for Freerider MX Magazine required regular travel between Australia and the United States, allowing him to become familiar with Southern California – the hotbed of the powersports industry. Prior to that, Albert was an advertising and marketing manager at Morrison Media, and he was also a brand manager at Rossi Board Company, both based in Australia.

After the many miles traveled in his most recent job and getting married, Albert was ready to put down roots and settle in Orange County.

“It’s been a fun journey to get where I am today, and I feel strongly that my background will help me offer a lot to the team,” said Albert. “I love that I’m in the heart of the industry in Southern California, and I’m looking forward to helping make the industry’s important annual gathering the best yet for the dealers, media, exhibitors and consumers that comprise the greater powersports industry.”
