Symtec Announces Partnership with Canadian Tire

February 3, 2012

Symtec Inc., manufacturers of Heat Demon heated accessories for motorcycles and ATVs, has announced a new partnership with Canadian Tire Corporation Ltd.

“As the largest retailer in Canada, our top priority is offering trusted brands to our customers,” said Terry Sebu, powersports category business manager for Canadian Tire. “Putting Heat Demon products on our shelves will help us better serve our powersports clientele.”

As part of a strategy to increase their presence in the powersports industry, Canadian Tire will carry Heat Demon heated grip ATV kits with dual-zone and quad-zone controllers. The products will begin rolling out to select stores throughout Canada in May.

“We look forward to working with Canadian Tire to increase the availability of our innovative heated powersports accessories in the Canadian market,” said Riley Harlan, president of Symtec, Inc. “This partnership opens up a new realm for the Heat Demon brand and will go a long way toward our vision of becoming a world leader in heated accessories.”
